We had Telenet Solutions install our new phone system when we moved here four years ago. The phone was light years more robust than our old system and Hal held our hands for months until we worked out the quirks. Thank goodness for Phil (our Tech), as he comes back for additional changes as people come and go. I don’t think there is anything Phil does not know – and kudos for explaining all of our issues in easy to understand manner.
Telenet Solutions installed our new phone system for the Small Business that I work for. They were courteous and professional from beginning to end. The install technician was extremely helpful in briefly training our staff on the new features and went out of his way to answer any questions we had. He even came back a week later to make some small changes we overlooked. We were very pleased with the pricing they had to offer and transition from the old system to the new system was flawless.
